What is Coaching?
Coaching is a form of learning, where a coach supports you to make progress in some way. It could help you reach a goal, solve problems, or create changes. Coaching is usually a collaborative conversation with one another, or series of conversations that will benefit you and your objectives. Think of a coach as a supporter of your goals.
What to expect from coaching?
A coach will ask questions, listen, watch closely, and offer feedback to have a chat full of valuable insights and learning. During the session, you will get to concentrate on your own situation, which boosts your awareness and understanding. You’ll also pick up new approaches for tackling problems, achieving better outcomes, and reaching your goals with more efficiency and understanding. A coach will empower you to take responsibility to act rather than act on your behalf, through a combination of questioning and objectivity.
What coaching is not?
Coaching is not the same as being taught or sitting in a classroom. There is no set structure outside the framework of the time provided. It is not a replacement for clinical therapy, although it is a viable alternative. Coaching deals with the present and future, therapy with the past. In coaching, the responsibility of the outcome rests with you, where you drive the conversation and learning based on interactions with your coach.

What will a coach expect from a coachee?
Commitment to the coaching process and an ability to contribute to conversations in an honest and open manner. Going into coaching with an idea of what you want to get out of it can benefit both you and your coach. Explore personal or professional areas you want to work on. It could include goals, improvements, development, personal changes, solving problems, making something happen, or achieving something.
Who is the VIP Intensive Day for?
Suitable for various needs, and for clients who need an entire day dedicated to them. Previous VIP ID clients include an actor on their first day of performance, a career-defining job interviewee, CEO seeking a day-long retreat, and a former Tesco employee looking for a complete life overhaul. Sponsorships are accepted.
How can I contact support?

What is the process for booking a session?
Click on the Free Consultation button on this page to schedule a free 10-15 minute phone call. Once we've learned more about you then we will book you in for your first session. A confirmation email with payment link will be sent to you, once paid, you will receive a zoom link for your scheduled session.
What is your refund policy?
Once you've paid for your coaching, you can get a full refund if your appointment is more than 7 days away. If less than 7 days, your coach will have already started work on your session and it will be non-refundable.
